As everyone in our local community was hit pretty hard during the unexpected storm of May 2024 storm in Richardson and as we also being one of the many who were awakened abruptly that morning when our tree fell on the corner of our home, Ryan, ProNail Roofing representative, came by and performed "over the top" with offering assistance.  He and his crew were very efficient and courteous throughout the entire project and all followed-thru on the scheduled times assigned getting the repairs handled most expediently. God sent Ryan and his crew our way to ease our shock and confusion and to assist with resolving our loss as quickly and efficiently as possible. As our damage may have been somewhat lighter compared to some, ProNail Roofing personnel were right there to take care of our needs in every step of the way and to assist with getting our life back to normalcy. ProNail Roofing worked with us superbly during our mishap. When the need arises for future roofing repairs, we definitely will be calling on ProNail Roofing. I had a great experience with ProNail from start to finish. Ryan Hammonds and Alex were knowledgeable, thorough, responsive, and incredibly patient in walking me through the claims process and the eventual repair and replacement of my roof and other elements. They are worth six stars but it appears that the most I can give them is five. Working with Scott on our roof replacement has been wonderful! He has been patient and knowledgeable! Scott works hard to make sure that before it’s installed we are taken care of and is onsite helping how crew where he can! They worked with us to start work on a different side of the house to accommodate the loudness for our baby & dogs! Let’s just say she slept through all their work! Haha! The crew is so nice, work so hard and do a wonderful job when taking care of our home! They did a great job on our replacement from start to finish! I will continue working with them in the future! They are a great company, project manager and crew! They also made sure that any debris went into our neighbors yard that they went over to them to ask if they can pick it up! Monica and her team were amazing ! I’ve had roofs replaced in the past. But Monica and her team have been the best roofing company I’ve gone through. They were fast, reliable and quality work.
