You're in Fantastic hands. I've had 3 roof's built by these folks. 2 residential and 1 commercial. The reason why is simple, they deliver a Quality product, are Honest, and they care. Monica Lucas has been my point of contact over the last decade. Every appointment and every promise has been kept. I literally schedule the construction to coincide when we are out of town. When we return, everything is new and perfect.

Monica was on point during my whole roof replacement. She is very knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile. Every time there is a storm in my area, she personally drives by looking for roof for damage. If she suspects something, she will send a crew out to assess further. You do not find customer service like that anymore! Monica went above and beyond to make sure our solar shingle and roof install went smoothly and was done with the highest quality and attention to detail. Can not say enough good things about Monica and ProNail as a whole.
